These Terms govern the use of Adjowato, a platform for publishing and discovering businesses, services, products and opportunities across different countries.

If you do not accept these rules, you must not use the service. They may be updated as features, payments or applicable obligations evolve.
Adjowato is exclusively available to people aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You must provide an accurate name, email address and account information. You are responsible for your password and account activity.
Email is verified by code. Changing it requires validation of both the old and new addresses.
An account belonging to a minor may be restricted or deleted to protect users and comply with applicable obligations.
Adjowato lets users present an activity, publish an ADJO and discover professionals, services, products, jobs, partnerships and other opportunities.
Adjowato facilitates discovery but does not guarantee the identity, quality, availability or profitability of a user offer.
Before making a commitment or external payment, verify the author, information, documents and offered terms.
A publication may include text, an image, a video, a business location and contact methods such as phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email or website.
The author selects countries or language groups for distribution. Audience counts, duration and displayed price may vary according to available settings.
Each user publication is reviewed. A significant edit may require a new review before it goes live again.
Fraudulent, misleading, illegal, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, dangerous or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
Impersonation, fake offers, scams, prohibited products, exploitation, harassment, malware and attacks on security are also prohibited.
Adjowato may reject, hide or remove content, restrict an account and retain only the evidence required for abuse handling or legal obligations.
A user ADJO must be approved before payment and activation. Approval is not a commercial guarantee or endorsement by Adjowato.
Prices are shown before confirmation. Payments may be handled by providers displayed according to country and availability.
Adjowato does not store full card numbers. Activation occurs after reliable confirmation from the payment provider or its webhook.
A publication remains visible for the purchased or granted duration and expires automatically at the end.
Users may renew a publication or buy a boost when offered. A boost temporarily improves ranking but does not guarantee views, contacts or sales.
An expired publication may be deleted after the displayed warning period to release storage.
The shop may offer books and other digital content. Product information, format, price and access conditions are displayed before purchase.
After confirmed payment, the product may become available in My Downloads through temporary or limited access.
You must not bypass protections, unlawfully share purchased files or infringe author or publisher rights.
With permission, Adjowato uses device location to display distance and improve the relevance of publications or profiles.
Accuracy depends on the device, GPS, network and browser. Distance may be unavailable when location is denied or too inaccurate.
A business map or location is informational. Verify the address before travelling.
You may report an ADJO or a problem through the available tools. Provide accurate information and do not misuse reporting to harm another user.
Adjowato may restrict sensitive account features, request more information, restore an account or delete it according to severity and available evidence.
Moderation decisions aim to protect users and the service and may be reviewed when reliable new evidence is provided.
You retain rights to your content while granting Adjowato the technical permission required to store, compress, display and distribute it in selected countries during the service period.
You must hold the rights needed for all published text, images, videos, brands and documents.
External links and contact methods remain under their owners’ responsibility. Adjowato is not responsible for exchanges completed outside the platform.
You may permanently delete your account from Settings. Related data is removed from active databases, subject to legal, safety or transaction retention requirements.
Adjowato makes reasonable efforts to remain available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the absence of maintenance, network failures or outages.
