This Policy explains the data used by Adjowato, its purposes, protections and the choices available to users.

1. Controller and Contact

Adjowato is a product of Tinwi Linwi. Data-related requests can be submitted through Help and Report a Problem.

The ticket provides tracked email communication with the team until resolution.

2. Account Data

We process information such as name, verified email, hashed password, language, country, profile photo, profile description and account settings.

Verification and recovery codes are temporary and expire automatically.

3. Publications and Content

We store ADJOS, useful drafts, distribution countries, duration, price, review status, media, business contact details and submitted location information.

Reports, moderation decisions and restriction reasons are processed to protect users and the service.

4. Location, Country and Technical Data

Depending on permissions, we may process IP address, country, latitude, longitude, accuracy and update time to show relevant content and distances.

We also process browser, device, technical logs, sessions and events required for security and diagnostics.

5. Payments, Shop and Downloads

We retain transaction references, provider, amount, currency, status, affected product or publication and dates required for confirmation.

Payment providers process sensitive information under their policies. Adjowato does not retain your full card number.

Digital purchases and download access may be retained as required for the service, support and applicable obligations.

6. Purposes

Data is used to create and secure accounts, verify email, publish and search ADJOS, calculate audience, display distance, process payments, deliver purchases and send notifications.

It is also used to prevent fraud and spam, moderate content, provide support, improve the service and comply with legal obligations.

7. Sharing and Providers

Adjowato does not sell personal data.

Strictly necessary data may be processed by hosting, server-side MongoDB and Redis, email, payment providers and essential technical tools.

Publications are shown to users in selected countries and may contain contact details intentionally made public by the author.

8. Retention and Deletion

Data is retained for the account lifetime or as long as required for the service, safety, support and applicable obligations.

Temporary codes, sessions, expired publications, abandoned carts, notifications and ticket attachments may be cleaned according to their respective periods.

Closing a resolved ticket deletes its conversation and attachments. Permanent account deletion removes associated data from active databases, subject to mandatory exceptions.

9. Security

Adjowato uses password hashing, HTTPS, secure cookies, access controls, CSRF tokens, abuse limits, file validation and separation between its services.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong password and promptly report suspicious activity.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You can edit your profile, language, password and email, manage certain permissions, report content and delete your account.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection through Report a Problem.

11. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated when new features, payment solutions, applications or obligations are added.
